Advice and support relating to Special Educational Needs including getting support at school, EHC Assessment and Plans, and general SEN advice, information and/support. Our Family Support Service provides information, advice and support on matters relating to social care and health. Our Carer's Advocate provides advice and support for parents/carers of young adults and adults with SEN/Disabilities. We also host bi-monthly Parent/Carer Forums. We operate a day/afterschool-college/Saturday and holiday provision for young people with complex needs aged 14 and over.

Hackney SEND Information, Advice and Guidance Service (previously Parent Partnership) offers free, confidential, and impartial information, advice, support and guidance for parents/carers of children with special educational needs (SEN) and/or a disability and young people with SEN and/or a disability (0-25 years).

Insights Information & Advice Support Service
We are an impartial and free service. We provide confidential, accessible advice, guidance and support to parents/carers of children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities and young people with Special Educational Needs and /or Disabilities aged between 16 and 25 years old.
Our IAS Service delivers the service to local residents in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. We were formerly known as the Hammersmith & Fulham Parent Partnership Service which provided PPS in the borough from 2009. Our service promotes good working rrelationships between parents, nurseries, schools, colleges and other educational settings and the Local Authority.

Description of service offered:
We provide free and impartial information, advice and support for young people and parents/carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We offer support in attending meetings, contributing to assessments and reviews, direct to additional support services and help when things go wrong. Our services include; advice surgeries, telephone helpline, training workshops, casework, a monthly family club and Independent Support for those transferring from a Statement or LDA to an Education, Health & Care Plan.
